Busy week!
Yeah so this week was extremely busy, so I had no time to blog at all. Received my o level results, going to open houses, mom's being a bitch, scolding every single person she sees, and my girlfriend pissed me off. So yeah.. I'll prolly continue my 'diary' tomorrow of the day after.

What a day!
Phew! Quite a tiring day! But so worth it!
Meal 1: A couple of crackers
Pre-workout: 1 scoop of whey together with a packet of low fat milk
Workout: Superset 1: Flat bench press 3x10 together with barbell squats 3x12
Superset 2:Inclined Bench press 3x6 together with weighted lunges 10 times/side
Superset 3: Machine Flyes 3x12 together with seated calvee raises 20x3
Superset 4: Dumbell Bench Press 3x12 together with standing calves raises 20x3
A 4 minute ab routine consisting of 4 exercises with one exercise performed for 30secs, a 60sec rest after 1 set of all exercises is done. Done twice.
Machine Weight crunches.
Post Workout: 2 scoops of Whey
Meal 2: Wanton noodles with a bottle of pink dolphin(amino acid)
Meal 3: 3/4 bowl of rice with stingray.
Workout cardio: Jumprope intervals: 30seconds of jumping, for 6 sets, 30 sec rest in between.
Meal 4: A packet of ShengMian(noodles with prawn and pork)
Yeah, so thats my meals and workout for today. Hope tomorrow will be as productive as today!

Bad Day
Yeah. I had a bad day yesterday. In terms of personal and diet. Ate fast food for 1 out of the 3 meals and din't workout at all. Wasted day.
Anyway, today was much better.
Meal 1: A can of milk together with a plate of carrot cake(asian style)
Meal 2: Ice lemon tea with a few crackers.
Went to play basketball after that. For about 2 and a half hours.
Meal 3: Was extremely hungry after playing basketball, so I had 2 scoops of whey mixed in milk
Meal 4: Had rice together with grilled chicken! Yum!
Yeah so thats what I did today. Planning on going to gym tomorrow! Gonna superset my legs and chest, and have a bit of core training at the end :D

Happy New Year!
Right, so its the new year. Meh I have to work anyway. Lol. So today's quite a okay day in terms of consumption of food, but I din't really train much lol.
Meal 1 : A cheese hotdog bun with a can of milk.
Meal 2: A bowl of pepper beef fried rice and a bottle of jasmine green tea.
Meal 3: A subway turkey sandwich, no veges though. I don't take veges(: With red wine vinaigrette sauce together with a can of ice lemon tea.
I tried doing some cardio and a bit of physical training in between meals 3 and 4. I INTENDED to do intervals with a weighted skipping rope, but its so much harder than a normal one. But quite a good cardio though. About 20mins, mostly start-stop skipping though lol. After that, i did a set of 3x3 negative inclined pull ups, a set of clock pushups, which was about 13 pushups, and a set of 15 jumping squats.
Meal 4: A scoop of whey, together with 5 wheat crackers, one crack about 18 calories, so its not really sinful(:
Yeah, so thats about it. Still trying to get the 5-meals a day thing down, but i just can't find the time! Lets hope the 4 meal a day works out first(:
Oh! And my goal of getting 15% fats? I am to get it by the end of Feb.

New Year!
Okay, so its a new year, so I've decided to make a new year resolution to lose my fats. I'm going to record down my diet and workout almost everyday and take measurements of my waist wrist and weight weekly and measure my fats percentage on http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/
Current measurments:
Weight:171pounds
Waist: 34.8 inch
wrist:7inches
Fat percentage:21.04%
So, for now, I'm aiming to get my fat percentage down to 15%. Lets hope I succeed!
