Happy New Year!

Right, so its the new year. Meh I have to work anyway. Lol. So today's quite a okay day in terms of consumption of food, but I din't really train much lol.

Meal 1 : A cheese hotdog bun with a can of milk.
Meal 2: A bowl of pepper beef fried rice and a bottle of jasmine green tea.
Meal 3: A subway turkey sandwich, no veges though. I don't take veges(: With red wine vinaigrette sauce together with a can of ice lemon tea.

I tried doing some cardio and a bit of physical training in between meals 3 and 4. I INTENDED to do intervals with a weighted skipping rope, but its so much harder than a normal one. But quite a good cardio though. About 20mins, mostly start-stop skipping though lol. After that, i did a set of 3x3 negative inclined pull ups, a set of clock pushups, which was about 13 pushups, and a set of 15 jumping squats.

Meal 4: A scoop of whey, together with 5 wheat crackers, one crack about 18 calories, so its not really sinful(:

Yeah, so thats about it. Still trying to get the 5-meals a day thing down, but i just can't find the time! Lets hope the 4 meal a day works out first(:

Oh! And my goal of getting 15% fats? I am to get it by the end of Feb.
