Anyway, today was much better.
Meal 1: A can of milk together with a plate of carrot cake(asian style)
Meal 2: Ice lemon tea with a few crackers.
Went to play basketball after that. For about 2 and a half hours.
Meal 3: Was extremely hungry after playing basketball, so I had 2 scoops of whey mixed in milk
Meal 4: Had rice together with grilled chicken! Yum!
Yeah so thats what I did today. Planning on going to gym tomorrow! Gonna superset my legs and chest, and have a bit of core training at the end :D
